  • You can track your order directly on the carrier’s website using the tracking number provided.

Shipping Delays:

Incorrect Address:

  • Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is correct. We cannot be held responsible for packages that are lost or delayed due to incorrect addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • We are not responsible for packages that are lost or damaged during transit, but we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
  • If your package is lost or damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date, and we will help resolve the issue.

Returns & Exchanges:

  • Due to the custom nature of our doormats, we are unable to accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged.
  • If you receive a damaged or defective doormat, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the damage, and we’ll work with you on a replacement or refund.
